FOR SERIOUS BUYER ONLY

For custom made handbag, please allow at least a minimum of 14 working days for fabrication, depending on the studio schedule.

Design amendment are permitted and should be clarified within two (2) days after ordering.

No changes will be made if the products are in production.

Payments must be made within 24 hours before receiving order via online payment to my account, ATM transfer or cash deposit.

POSTAGE FEE

via POS LAJU / POS EKSPRES
RM3 - RM10 (East M'sia)
RM10 and above (West M'sia)
(Depending on the weight of the parcel)

If you want to insured your parcel, please let me know. There will be extra cost for the insurance.

I do not do Cash On Delivery

Delivery is made once the payment is received and clarified.

No last minute back out.

No refunds once payments have been made.

I will not be responsible for any losses/damages due to delivery.
